Camo Diapers (Just In Time For Hunting Season)

If you’re looking to give your little one a head start on big game hunting, best pick up a few huggies coupons. If your baby needs to blend in on the battlefield, huggies are what you need. And while neither of the aforementioned activities sounds appropriate for ages 0-12 months, the appropriate attire is available thanks to Huggies’ newest product: camouflage diapers.
The camouflage nappies are part of Huggies’ designer line, which also includes wildly popular denim-look diapers. Designer diapers cost 20 percent more than plain ones, but that doesn’t seem to be deterring
Parents – more than 60 million denim-look diapers have been sold this year alone!
It may seem extravagant to splurge on something that’s intended to be pooped in, but Huggies spokespeople say that diapers are an essential part of babies’ wardrobes in the summer months, when they often wear little else. If the designer diapers still feel extravagant, you can calm your conscience with the knowledge that, for every package of camo diapers sold, Huggies will donate a package of diapers to a military family in need through their Every Little Bottom charitable initiative.

If jeans and camo aren’t your style, rival diaper manufacturer Pampers has a few options for you, including Cynthia Rowley-designed diapers and nappies in argyle and floral patterns. They’re just the thing for fashionistas in (potty) training, but don’t miss out – each designer diaper collection is available for only a limited time, so stock up with Huggies coupons while you can.
If you feel a twinge of eco-guilt every time you fill up the tank, use Pampers coupons, or forget your reusable grocery bags, these products (which are newly released or will be released this year) are right up your alley.

Nissan Leaf Electric Car Greenhouse gas emissions laws and the predicted increased availability of electric charging stations, so the Leaf is posed to be for the 2010s what the Prius was for the 2000s.

Wattson Energy Monitoring Device – Monitoring your energy costs? Watching your watts is a breeze with this device, which monitors household electricity use. The device, from DIY Kyoto, even lights up red when energy consumption goes up (say, you turn on the dishwasher) and lights up green when you reduce energy consumption.

SmartGrid Appliances – To save money and the environment, Whirlpool’s SmartGrid enabled appliances can be controlled remotely by the power company, which can lower thermostats, switch to energy-saver mode, and shut down appliances entirely during times of peak demand (hasta la vista, blackouts).

"G" Diapers – Even eco-friendly families have been reluctant to ditch Pampers coupons in favor of cloth diapers, which are a pain in the butt to clean. But no longer will parents have to chose between convenience and their love of the environment, because the G diaper features innovative two-part construction that allows you to flush the soiled inner lining while reusing the stylish outer-pants again and again. 20 billion diapers are dumped in American landflls each year, but this might take a bite out of that troubling figure.

Biobased Products – The USDA launched a new "USDA Certified Biobased Product" category this year, so you can expect more and more companies to make use of biodegradable, sustainable packaging. Pepsi is already working on an entirely plant-based bottle, and those compostable potato-chip bags are getting less noisy.

Signs You're Really A Parent

If the diaper bag and perpetually sleep-deprived look make it apparent to the rest of the world that you’re a new parent, these are the signs that prove to you that yes – you really are a parent. You know where the best Huggies coupons are, whether your baby prefers smashed peas or pureed carrots, and how to change a diaper with one hand. Here are 10 other sure signs that it’s official:
1) You can distinguish between a cry that says “I’m hungry” and one that says “I pooped.”
2) Other moms ask you for advice.
3) You finally understand what all the fuss over the “new baby smell” is about.
4) Your baby notices himself in the mirror for the first time.
5) You realize that your baby does look like you (or your significant other).
6) Your baby’s cuteness stops a stranger on the street.
7) You make your baby laugh so hard he gets hiccups.
8) You see dad and baby laughing napping together, both in the same position.
9) You’re told that you’re a great mom.
10) You believe it.
You go, mom. You’re a Huggies coupon-wielding, lullaby singing, spoon-feeding superhero.

Who Would Want To Play With Diapers?!

When I think about all of the things that are fun about having a baby, diaper changing is not one of them. Actually, diaper changing might be at the top of my “Things That Aren’t Fun About Having A Baby,” list. Yes, I get excited about Luvs coupons – but that’s because I like to save money, not because a stinky diaper is my idea of a good time.

But for whatever reason, toy manufacturers seem to think that there’s something really enjoyable about changing a diaper – which is obvious when you look at how many diaper-changing toys are out there.
A search for “Diaper” in the Amazon.com toy store turns up a staggering 1500 results, including Zhu Zhu pets in diapers, Barbies that change diapers, dolls that wet themselves, prank dirty diapers, and mini toy babies that come in their very own diaper bag carrying case.

I don’t know who is coming up with this stuff, but I guess there are a lot of kids out there who want to play grown-up – even if that means changing diapers. I guess it’s no crazier than the toy washing machine I had as a kid – I loved washing my sleeping beauty dress in the Fisher Price washer/dryer due two decades ago, and I really hate doing laundry now. It’s funny, really – the things that are so boring to kids, like Luvs coupons and shopping, are fun for adults. And the things adults dread most seem really fun to kids. Can you think of other things like this – that you loved to lay when you were little, but hate now?

Huggies MomInspired Grants Give Moms a Business Boost

If necessity is the mother or invention, shouldn’t moms be the people most equipped to give birth to new childcare ideas? Huggies thought so, and they’re putting their money on it. Through the Huggies MomInspired grant program, enterprising moms can earn grants to turn their business dreams into reality. Huggies has offered moms a way to save with Huggies coupons for a long time, and the company sees this new grant program as a great way to reach out to and help the people who interact with their brand most.

Last year, female-run businesses grew at a rate of almost 23 percent, twice as high as business growth as a whole, which means there are a lot of busy, brilliant, working women out there. But studies have shown that women also face a more difficult time getting funding for their start-ups -- only three percent of venture capital funds go to women, according to research from Babson College. The implications of this disparity are upsetting in more ways than one – not only do women have to fight harder to enter the business world, but an untold number of potentially revolutionary ideas are excluded from the market.
Under the MomInspired grant program, Kimberly-Clark, Huggies’ parent company, is awarding $250,000 dollars in grants – up to $15,000 per idea – to help moms finance their startup business ideas. The problems faced by women who hope to succeed in business and as parents are unique, and K-C wanted to create a project that would address that.

“One mom said, 'I need $15,000 to secure an attorney and file a patent on this idea. But I work and I'm losing sleep at night because the only place I can get it is in the money I’ve been saving up for my kids college fund. How do I cobble together capital to get to the next step, to get this a little further?'" said Stephen Paljieg, K-C’s senior director of innovation.
The program is being promoted via ads and links on the Huggies homepage and social networking sites to ensure that information about the grants reaches the women who will benefit most.
